LOCKB0X is a secure platform designed for uploading and encrypting files, which are then stored on decentralized storage providers like IPFS, and attached to AVAX transactions on the Avalanche blockchain. This document outlines the privacy, content, and liability policies that govern the use of our service.
Liability Disclaimer
While LOCKB0X strives to provide secure file encryption and storage, we do not take responsibility for any financial loss, theft, or damage arising from the use of our platform. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Loss of cryptocurrency or digital assets during transactions.
- Loss of files or data due to system errors, hacks, or breaches.
- Delays or failures in transaction processing on Avalanche or any integrated blockchain.
By using the LOCKB0X platform, you acknowledge and agree that you assume full responsibility for your cryptocurrency, files, and transactions.
Additionally, please note that any transaction fees charged by LOCKB0X are non-refundable and are subject to change. You acknowledge and accept that these fees may vary depending on the transaction size and network conditions at the time of submission.
Content Policy
LOCKB0X strictly prohibits the use of our platform to store, encrypt, or share malicious, illegal, or harmful material. This includes:
- Malicious software, viruses, or any other harmful code.
- Content that infringes on intellectual property rights or violates copyright laws.
- Material that is defamatory, offensive, or discriminatory in nature.
- Any content intended to engage in fraud, phishing, or other malicious activities.
Users found violating these guidelines may have their access to LOCKB0X suspended, and any illicit material will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Security & Privacy
LOCKB0X employs encryption technology to secure the files uploaded through our platform. However, as with any decentralized storage solution, we cannot guarantee absolute security. We strongly encourage users to take additional precautions such as keeping private keys and wallet credentials safe and using strong encryption techniques when uploading sensitive data.
Your files are encrypted before being uploaded to IPFS, but we cannot be held responsible for any vulnerabilities in the IPFS protocol or any third-party storage providers.
User Responsibilities
As a user of LOCKB0X, you are responsible for:
- Ensuring that the files you upload do not violate any laws or third-party rights.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your wallet credentials and encryption keys.
- Regularly monitoring and managing your uploaded content to ensure it complies with our policies.

LOCKB0X reserves the right to modify this Privacy & Content Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to users through the platform or social media channels. By continuing to use the service after such updates, you agree to be bound by the revised policy.
